Here are some general FAQs about the application process when we're open:
Q1. Who is eligible?
Everyone! We welcome applications from around the world and from any age and background.
Q2. Do I need prior experience?
No! But we strongly encourage you to have some familiarity with literary magazines, whether it be reading publications, submitting to them, etc.
Q3. What does the time commitment look like?
Around 3h/week.
Q4. What will the application process look like?
We'd like you to answer a few background questions, talk about why you'd like to edit for us, and provide a short work sample.
Q5. Can I apply for both the poetry and prose editor positions?
Yes. However, do mention which role you'd prefer.
